Rugby League

Our teams play Rugby League.

From U7s, Rugby League is a contact sport involving tacking (which we carefully coach for safety).  Initially, teams play mini-league rules on a small pitch with 9 players on each side and coaches on the pitch during the match.

At U10s, teams progress to a larger pitch, 11-a-side and slightly more advanced rules with scrums and kicking.  At this age, coaches remain on the sidelines.

At U13s, the rules progress to full International Rules with 13 players on each team.
